Cultivation technique Guyot pruning with reduced amount of buds, grassy soil and thinning out the grapes during the maturation.
Vinification Soft pressing, refrigerative wine-racking and fermentation in oak new barriques.
Refining About 6 months on its lees.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: deep straw yellow with fine golden shades.
Fragrance: delicate and deep with traces of candied fruits, mandarin skin, vanilla and honey.
Taste: full, gentle and balanced with a long lasting after-taste.
Gastronomic combinations Pastries, elaborate fish, less-seasoned cheeses.
Serving temperature 12 - 14 °C.
