Cultivation technique Guyot pruning, grassy soil and thinning out the grapes
Vinification Soft pressing, refrigerative wine-racking and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
Refining Some months in inox tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: deep straw yellow
Fragrance: wide and complex with a scent of white pulp and citrus fruit.
Taste: full, gentle, persistent, perfectly balanced
Gastronomic combinations Fish, white meat and less-seasoned cheeses.
